Errors when reaching my website in Firefox / AOL

Some of my members are having trouble reaching my site, others have trouble reaching certain forums on my messageboard. This hasn't happened to all users, alot of members have had no problems at all.

The error that is coming up is a download box, asking "what do you want Firefox (or AOL) to do with this file", the page just doesn't load. I've had to remove my redirection php file now because that was failing to load and bringing up that box.

I contacted the host but they was no help, they just said we can't see any problems. This has only just happened today.
