[help!] Receiving Email Problem

Hello,

One of my client is unable to receive email from a particular address.

Here is what's happening. My client is able to send emails to the remote address but when the recipient tries to reply, my client doesn't get the email.

I've checked the following logs, grepping for the remote address and/or the remote ip, but nothing comes up (except for the successfully sent message):

* exim_mainlog
* exim_paniclog
* exim_rejectlog
* maillog

I am at a loss of what could be happening.

I am running on a Core 2 box with cPanel. I have MailScanner installed and APF firewall.

Your insight/help/both is VERY MUCH appreciated.
