Nameserver Broken?

For some reason it says Bind as Failed in WHT.
Im running CentOS, with wht and cpanel.


I try rebooting:
DNS/Name Server (BIND)

And it says:

named has failed, please contact the sysadmin (result was "named is not running"). May 25 08:37:02 blue named: named shutdown failed May 25 08:37:03 blue named[3177]: starting BIND 9.2.4 -u named May 25 08:37:03 blue named[3177]: using 1 CPU May 25 08:37:03 blue named: named startup succeeded

As per usual I contacted justedge about 22 hours ago with no reply.
And I used their emergency panel too, which they say they answer within 15mins.
