Problem With Copying Account

Hi, I used /scripts/pkgacct to create a file I could move to another server to copy an account (I can't use the automated process in WHM, it times out).

Everything went well for the first account. I tried the second account and I keep getting "Forbidden" errors.

I had this problem with the first account, but I just chmodded it to 711 and it worked fine. I tried it again (several times) with the second account, but it's still Forbidden.

I even tried chmodding the directory. Both account files are in the same directory. I can grab the first one but not the second one.

Does size matter? The first account was only 350MB while the second account is 2.5GB. Would this be a reason?
