Sendmail is returning mail and not sending

Im getting lots of mail returned, this is a new server so I dont think mail has been propely set up, although sendmail is up and installed as part of the rhe installation.

I have a few db webpages, but the mail always gets returned, how can I make it so that mail doesnt come back to me and gets sent.
