Mail server problem or ISP problem?
I got today a message back from my mail server with this:

that mail.domain.ro is a domain where i have a mail server installed. I know that today the isp where that mail server is on had some problems. Can that be from not being able to resolve DNS's ? Like when ISP down couldnt even resolve DNS, or is it from the Mail Server?
also it sent me an attached file details.txt

Diagnostic-Code: DNS; Host not found
