help me with my domains

worked perfectly fine yesterday....and today, I am unable to see them. Instead, I get the "404 error not found" everytime. I did not change anything on my server or the registrar however. I used direct IP DNS on my computer and I am able to see the sites just fine.
Is there anyway I can check to see what's wrong with the DNS, etc.?
