Troubleshoot mail services...

Apparently... one of my clients was doing "something" with their webmail and now the server is out of whack...

All the mail services are maxed out and my server load shot up to 200...

The mail services eventually stopped and the server came back online without the mail services... so :2095 url didn't work....

I had to restart CPANEL and EXIM... once i did that... within 15mins... multiple cpop, exim, mail* services in the top command that had 99... and made my load go to 200 again...

Any suggestions on what i can check? How do i know which account is causing the probs... cuz the mail services were being handled by root...
