Arghhhhh....

Hey guys.

I really really need your help here im having major problems.

I posted a support ticket to my "host" on the 5th May 2005 and i've had no response. I called them up and got through to them once (few weeks ago) and they said they'd reboot the server and get the server working again.

Anyway the server has stuck on the same sort of status.

FTP DOWN
HTTP OK
EMAIL DOWN (Was Up For A While)
CPANEL UP (But No License)
WEBMAIL UP
MY SQL UP

The current status is back to above.

Basically theres evidence to suggest that my "host" is doing a runner:
No reply to support ticket where they are usually within 20 mins
Livechat is always offline
No longer answering phone (They are based in texas and its expensive for me to call so thats not making me happy)
Cpanel's license has expired
Their domain expires soon - no attempt to renew yet

So basically I have a website www.fofusion.co.uk which is an online entertainment site with flash games and that kinda crap.

Anyway its like 500MB in size and recently I formatted my pc by mistake so I don't have any of the files backed up anymore.

So I need a way in which to download all the files. Before I had all the flash files etc stored on http://media.fofusion.co.uk but I thought hmm people would leech the files and that's not good so I put a redirect. so I cant just right click then save target as.

I doubt theres much hope but I dont want to have to install about a million miniclip games again.

Any advice or tips to get the files back would be great.

I am going to give them a few days before I call their credit card merchant and their bank to report it as fraud but I dont really care about that its the files thats important. I already have hosting sorted with another company.

Thanks everyone and have a great day.

Barry
