Hong Kong client has problem accessing his Domain
I have a client in Hong Kong who is hosted on my server. His ISP is Netvigator and his Domain is Registered with Godaddy.
He sometimes has problems accessing his domain/mailbox. Also, some emails are not delivered to him or delivered late.
Only he faces the problem. None of my other clients (who are on the same server) face such problems/downtimes. He is the only one who is in Hong Kong.
My Server is located at Savvis.
I asked him to contact his ISP but, ISP says problem is with my server.
What could be the likely problem?
I monitor my domain with host-tracker.com & server has been 100% up. Its only he who can't access it.
Am really puzzled.
