Some quick questions...
Ok have 1 hard drive for the system, say 1 - 250gb hd
Have 1 - 250gb hd for mysql
And have 2 or 1 250+gb hds for users directory for say apache...
What would you suggest is the best way to go about this... I would say get big fast hard drives, and do it?...
