retry timeout exceeded
I have a problem with one server
That I can't send any e-mail to it or I can't ping it
when you try to send any e-mail to this server you will recieve
Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es)
failed:
EMAIL ADDRESS
host lookup did not complete: retry timeout exceeded
I checked all thing and services in this server and I don't found any
problem
I don't have any firewall installed in this server
and no problem with
/etc/hosts
/etc/resolv.conf
/etc/nameserverips

this server from Managed.com
when I ping this server from server in this DC I can ping it with no error
and I can ping it from my computer
But from server out side Managed.com

this happend from more than 10 server out side Managed
and I can't ping it too

again I don't have Firewall installed in this one
and Managed.com don't help
