Best memory for this pc?

Now i would like to know where is the cheapest/best place to get memory from for this pc...
I would like to get 1-2gb ram for this pc and it has to be in the following:
2x 512mb ram
Because there is only 2 slots for the ram, right now its only 1x 256mb ram.
Plz help i never bought ram online before and i am looking for the best deal
