ServInt - Database errors?

I am unable to connect to multiple databases (none is working)
Getting
Unable to connect to the database server at this time.

Also, in whm
[an error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]Unable to fetch Web Host Manager Security News. The News server may be down or unreachable.

Anyone know what this means?
