mail to hotmail & yahoo are filtered as bulk
Problem: Any mail we send to hotmail or yahoo is filtered as bulk. Mail sent to AOL is not filtered.
[list=1][*]we have the proper reverse DNS setup on the mailserver[*]the MX records for the affected domains point to that mailserver[*]I confirmed that the mailserver IP is not in any RBLs using the dnsstuff.com tool (which checks 257 RBLs).[/list=1]
Everything appears to go fine, the headers show the right mailserver name and ip, but the messages still end up in bulk. This is for single messages sent to individual users - nothing bulk.
Does anybody know what else I should try?
