Weird Server proplem

My server has a VBB forums, but at night when i use IE to go that forums then the vbb keep telling me this message " The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later.". But if i use Firefox then it's okie ==> no proplem at all.

My server load at that time is 1.00 for Xeon 3.0ghz and 2GB ram.
I using Centos and Cpanel.

Any idea? thanks

p/s: i tried to use IE on difference computers but it has samething. But the firefox is ok
