Precondition Failed? WTF?

I was just running around my downloads database and updating some info as ncessary, but on one particular download, whenever I submit my changes I get an Apache page that says:

Precondition Failed
The precondition on the request for the URL /admin.php evaluated to false.
What the hell is this supposed to mean?

It appears that I can now edit noting.

No I dont need help with the code, I havent changed it in months and it worked the last time I needed to edit something.
