Teleglobe Anyone?
Has anyone had any experience of Teleglobe as a transit provider?
I remember seeing someone somewhere who said they had a reasonably strong network in the Asia \ Japan \ China area?
From what I've seen, Level3's performance in that region seems close to pants
We are looking to bring them into our mix, connecting to them in London. Our primary upstream is currently Level3
Any comments?
