How to find a countries IP range?

I want to find a countries IP range, specifically China's. (No offence intended)

If I open an automatic free host, with the software I am using it gives my the ability to ban IP's and IP ranges.

I want to be able to ban specific countrie's IP ranges and I would love to find out the ranges for each country. Some places are notoriously known for violating TOS, among other things.
