horde login on cpanel?

ok, so the hardware on one of my cpanel boxes went kaput. We had to build a replacement box and migrate the data over.

Of course it didnt go 100% smoothly, as squirrelmail and horde didnt work properly. Updating cpanel with /scripts/upcp seemed to resolve the squirrelmail issue, but horde is still nonfunctional

When someone logs in with their email address and password, it Just shows a generic 'login' page, with no space for an email address and password. This is the first machine we've got that has this nifty version of horde, and I was looking for some suggestions.
