kscand and kswapd kill my server, what is this??

Somebody know what is kscand and kswapd??
8 root 15 0 0 0 0 SW 0.2 0.0 10:45 1 kscand
7 root 15 0 0 0 0 SW 0.3 0.0 5:55 1 kswapd

I never don`t see that on other my servers and I think that this kill my server!

My server work fine 3 days load av. 0.6 (PIV 3GHz HT, 1GB RAM) and today load go up like crazy up to 100!!

Somebody know what is this, how I can fix this problem, my server can`t work fine after this start....
