Emails stuck on auto-resend
I am new to the forum and someone new to the technical side of email deliveries. Recently we have had problems with out list manager or mail server repeatedly hitting the same hotmail accounts up to 100 times. The other email list with in the server seem to be having no problems at all. I double checked to make sure to settings in the list manager were set to three times maximum retries.
Has anyone had this problem or have an idea of what is making it happen?
We recently changed providers and although everything looks correct in the transition, the problem started almost immediately after the switch.
Thoughts?
