We've got APF and BFD installed on our CentOS box. However one of our clients seems to be blocked from accessing the server. I disabled APF temporarily and asked him to verify he could access the IP via HTTP and FTP, and he could. Afterwards I reenabled it and he couldn't access any services. This led me to think that his IP had been blocked in the hosts_deny.rules by BFD in the APF block files, I whitelisted his IP and checked for the block entry, however I couldn't find his IP and he still cannot access any of the servers services, even though APF and BFD are configured correctly.
