Nagios and Radius box I0 bound

Can anyone help me with a Nagios / Radius box that is IO bound. Nagios is checking MANY different services and needs tons of IO, however it is killing the box with sometimes 95% of processing waiting for IO.

I know that it is most likely My software Raid. It probably should be setup so that the heavy disk IO is either in a memory disk or at least on a non software RAID disk. Anyway, I need someone to look at this. If you can send your MSN contact information I need someone to look at it right away.

I will be asking about your experience and what makes you qualified to debug this type of issue.
