question about phpmyadmin and adding new user
currently, i log into phpmyadmin with the root account. i am trying to set up another account that can control only one database.
i went to the privileges part of phpmyadmin and set up a new user by clicking where it says "add a new user". however, when i tried to log into phpmyadmin with the new user i just created, i was unable to login.
does anybody know what the problem is?
any help would be my much appreciated
