1 account down - all others up

I am having a very strange problem. On one of my servers that runs CentOS 3.5 and cPanel one of the accounts on it isn't working - all other accounts on the server are working perfectly.

The user can login to his cPanel and every function in cPanel works, but none of his domains work, that is his primary domain, addon domains and parked domains.

I don't think this is a DNS issue, as pinging his domains show them to be pointing to my servers IP.

Does anyone have any ideas? It was working for months and then suddenly just stopped working.
