Foundry+PIX+VLAN (problems)
Urgently need the configs snippets for such situation:
We have Foundry BigIron installed as distribution switch with
PIX515 firewall connected to it with both inside and outside connectors.
PLEASE help me.
Here's what I have tried already:
on Foundry side:
vlan 12 name PIX(inside) by port
tagged ethe 5/2 ethe 5/8 ethe 5/11 -- other switches are connected to these ports.
untagged ethe 5/48
router-interface ve 12
....skip....
interface ve 12
no ip redirect
not really sure what should be done on the PIX side, I have found a recipie on Cisco's site, but it seem not to be working.
could somebody help?
