Need Help: My C-panel BW Meter Doesn't work

My Servers C-panel Bandwith Meter Stops working againNeed Help: My C-panel BW Meter Doesn't work This have happened for serveral times in the past and I need submit a ticket each time.

Could any one let me is there any way to resolve this issue in my end? E.g, could restart some though my root access to fix this?
