RHEL 3, up2date --update doesn't work..

Hello,

Got a RHEL 3 server at the office that runs our telephone system, we decided to update it earlier today with up2date, and although our subscription to RedHat is valid and current, it fails giving this error:

This is a regular HP Proliant P3/500, simple machine really, single processor, single SCSI drive on onboard Adaptec. All it does is run Asterisk, but since it is exposed to the internet (SIP ports, SSH, 25, 80) we would like to keep the kernel updated. It is currently running

ps - with all the talk about benchmarks recently, I'll throw one in from this machine RHEL 3, up2date --update doesn't work.. RHEL 3, up2date --update doesn't work..
