Some general questions

Hey people. I got a new host, they are great. I want to give props to Arteryplanet.Net - Really great people, their WHM/Cpanel VPS they have donated my community is running great on Virtuozzo.

Anyway! Moving on... I have a few cpanel/WHM questions. If you could help me out I can avoid having to place a support ticket with my new host.

- Do I need to enable Compilers to be able to have cpanel update server software? If so what users should I allow to compile?
- Is there a way to have emails tagged as SPAM by Spamassain to be thrown away. Not sent to some special mailbox or anything like that.
- Lets say JoeSmoe sends an email to my server but does not specify a valid account/receiver. Instead of it catching to a default inbox, can I just have it tossed immediately or even not accepted at all?
- I have emails that a staff member of my site tried to send out but when my server attempts to send them, the connection is refused by the remote mail server. This has happened for hotmail, gmail, ntlworld and some others. What could be causing this?
