My webmail access, including both Horde and Squirrel, can be very slow sometimes even when the server load is very light, especially for large email folders. I believe it was caused by the fact that Cpanel uses plain text files to hold all emails. Database or indexed emails should work much faster, but when will Cpanel provide that kind of configuration? or is there any other better solution to tune up Cpanel by myself, or maybe some other control panels have better solutions?
