how to apply web materials in frontpage

I don't have experience of webhosting. The only tool I have is frontpage. All that I know is how to add text, graphics, table and hyperlink.

I downloaded flash materials from Japanese websites. Though they have tutorials, they are in Japanese. I can't read them. What tool I need to install them? Can frontpage do it?
