Exim: Temporary local problem?

A customer of mine is having problems with his email: none of the emails sent to his account arrive... I did an SMTP test and found this:

< 220-server.*****.net ESMTP Exim 4.44 #1 Thu, 21 Jul 2005 02:27:18 +0000
< 220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited,
< 220 and/or bulk e-mail.
> HELO edit.dnsvr.com
< 250 server.*******.net Hello edit.dnsvr.com [69.72.176.182]
> MAIL FROM:<webmaster@********.net>
< 250 OK
> RCPT TO:<*******@******.com>
< 451 Temporary local problem - please try later

This only happens when I send the email to THAT account Exim: Temporary local problem?
It's strange... What can cause this?
