Windows DNS Problems

I am setting up a single windows 2003 server at my house to run a single domain. I setup the server as a DC under the domain I want to host. I allow DNS traffic from my router and also on the box. I look up my domain on dnsreport.com and get the following error about my nameserver:

A timeout occurred getting the NS records from your nameservers! None of your nameservers responded fast enough. They are probably down or unreachable. I can't continue since your nameservers aren't responding. If you have a Watchguard Firebox, it's due to a bug in their DNS Proxy, which must be disabled.

Its just a single domain and I need it up and running asap. Any ideas on what might be happening? More information wil be givin on request.

Thanks.
