Problem with sending "Activation Mail" with Discuz Forum

I have problem setting up the Discuz forum (im using Linux hosting)

The "Activation Mail" can be sent to email domains that are hosted within the same server only.

People who registered with outside mails (for example gmail, hotmail etc) cannot receive the "Activation Mail".

Tried to ask for help from Discuz forum, but no one helps at all Problem with sending
