localhost redirect

Hi guys, first post here, hope its in the correct section

Can anyone help with the following? My "localhost" and local IP keeps on redirecting to one of my virtual hosts. I am not able to find anything strange in Apache. Would anyone please have a look? I've attached the conf files.
