database errors

Hi,
After I reload new OS ( CentOS) on my server and done the restore all account via Cpanel then all the account which has database got the error similar to this :

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'vietvien@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /home/vietvien/public_html/tieutu/connect.php on line 5
Access denied for user: 'vietvien@localhost' (Using password: NO)

please anyone help me to fix this problem ...
