Managing Firewall, is it alot of work?
My DC want to charge me $150 per month for a managed dedicated firewall plus another $100 for the dedicated firewall that take up 1 U space. I find it wierd, I mean I've already pay them $150 per month for them to provide me with a managed dedicated firewall and still have to pay for the space.
So I've decided the purchase my own firewall, cause about $1700 and getting the company that I purchase from to provide the configuration and installation of the firewall for me. The are a certified cisco company got it from Cisco website, so I guess i can trust right.
I don't think there is going to be a lot of management that need to be done with firewall right? I mean, once it is configured properly, we do not need to really do much about it right?
