two much spam

hi i'm using spamassain and exim as mail server but whe receive a lot of spam.
Each email address can be blocked on a file of the server but everytime the server must be stopped and started again the exim.
i do this

blacklist *@spamofcourse.com

stop the server
start the server exim

i wish to add some blocklist or to add an option to add every email that is marked on squirrel as spam directly to that file and without stop the exim server.

Anyone has any idea?
