How to forward an email as a txt message

I've been trying to figure this out for awhile now. Short of having a pc open 24 hours a day forwarding me every email I get to my ppc.

Is there a feature in WHM/cPanel where I can forward all mail to a cellphone, and leave that mail on the server for later retrieval when I get home?
