Accidentally deleted an email!

I was using Horde, and since there was alot of spam(in my inbox), I was just mindlessly clicking delete.

Is there a way for me to retrieve a particular email or is it gone for good? I have Horde set to "purge deleted" right away Accidentally deleted an email!

I'm using WHM/cPanel
