Hi!I find myself again at the center of yet another Kayako email loop storm. Yes...this time is different...I did start this one...I made the mistake of submitting a trouble ticket.
The other two incidents I happen to be working as a tech and had my email in the notification box.
Day two with a new host and they won't even reply to my emails because of it. I don't see how they could be mad with me...but this seems to be the case.
