POP email problem (rejected after DATA error)

Hi:
I just set up a POP email account in cPanel, and Spam Assassin is disabled. However, the account isn't receiving any emails. I checked exim_rejectlog, and saw the incoming messages there, with the error "rejected after DATA". For example, an email from gMail:

I've tried sending a few messages with different origins, though non of the emails get through but instead show up in the rejectlog similar to above.
