Last night I purchased a StarterSSL Cert from EV1 and everything appeared to go as it should. I received several emails during the sign up process and completed the telephone authentication. The info in my emails and the browser indicated that it was successful. I double checked the email addresses that I was using for the cert by actually sending myself a test email to ensure that they were in proper working order. However, now, 24 hours later, I still have not received the email with the final link to obtain my Cert.
Does anyone have any ideas how long it is before that final email arrives?
I have searched the FAQ links at EV1. I have also emailed the tech support twice and have called the landline number once and left a message asking someone to call me.
I have had no response from anyone. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
