Need help with a hosting issue [Technical maybe?]
I'm a newb when it comes to hosting problems - and this is the first time I've encountered a problem like this.
Im currently developing a site for http://www.thenewpopsensation.com , and it is hosted on ***************** . Right now, we are experiencing intermittent issues wherein a user cannot view the site - they only see a blank page.
Now, I know I haven't changed anything in the code and it was performing okay back then. Now, this issue just popped up, and i'm not so sure what's exactly wrong.
Iv'e uploaded a mirror site to http://www.craniumlogic.net/tnps/ , which is hoted on resellerzoom.com , and it is working properly. Have you guys had any experience with this matter?
I've talked with two techs, and they report no problems with the hosting - one did mention that they did a recent upgrade, but it should not cause an issue. Help!
I don't think it's my code, but I'm checking them right now just to make sure....
