Account Copy no longer work

Hi. I'm trying to transfer accounts from an old server to a new one. I am currently using the WHM Account Copy function. Everything seems to go well, but then after the tarball extracts, I get the following error:

Sorry, a DNS entry for [domain name] already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)
If I delete the DNS entries for the domain on both servers, I get the same error. What am I doing wrong here? The process worked just fine a few days ago. I'm running WHM 10.6.0 on CentOS servers (one 3 and one 4). The older server is running low on disk space, and I think that's why the problem arose...There's about 13% left on one of the main hard drives.

What should I do?
