I think someone is using my contact form to send spam

Hey,

I hope someone can help me with this.

I have a typical contact form (written in PHP) on my website.

The normal e-mail I receive should look something like this -

Name: d
E-mail: s
Phone: s
Query: s

(address to me, from my server.)

I have just received the following four e-mails sent from my contact form (notice the attempts to bcc: people) -
