subdomain error

How come when my reseller account add a sub domain, the following error prints out:

Addon Domain Additions


Bind reloading on toronto using rndc zone: [{domain} Error reloading bind on toronto: rndc: 'reload' failed: not found The subdomain, {hostname}.{domainname}has been added.

The domain you have specified does not conform to domain name rules.


Removed Entry from httpd.conf The subdomain, {hostname}.{domainname} has been removed.

{hostname} could not be setup. The subdomain {hostname}.{domainname} was not setup either.

How to fix this error?
