Periodically Apache returns a 404, and a "File does not exist: /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/dancad3d.com/httpdocs/S0302800.HTM" appears in the error log, even though the file does exist. Something seems to cause Apache to think it does not. Future requests to this file (and others like it) are successful. Any insight to the cause would be appreciated.
