reseller sql backups blocked
i urgently need to take server backup. Dump, or even my forums sql backup would do.
My admin is not responding to my emails, I have FTP access and even access to cpanel, but on trying to take the backup, i get the error .. fome f error ... pl contact yout administrator something like this.
I need to change the server and i think for this very reason he is has disabled it.
The only mistake ??? - I made him full 1yr payment.
Any help shall be appreciated. Thanks
